I recently had the pleasure of seeing members of the SUAH African Dance Theater and SUAH School of African Music and Dance in action.
I was taken on an energetic, colorful, rhythmic journey into the dance history of various West African tribes.
It was a delight watching performers become fully engaged in visual storytelling, including children who enjoy and appreciate this wonderful avenue for artistic expression.
